Because our frameworks are engineered to directly drive efficiency, accuracy, and ultimately accelerate your business, we prefer to align the secondary component of compensation with your job-to-be-done milestones. We actively structure our engagements around performance-linked milestones, and/or equity or advisor shares. We're here to have a material impact on your business — and we want to be aligned with your long-term success.
